How to participate:

  • Identify the right person to attend the workshop (preferably senior level staff from the management team, or innovation team)

  • Selected participants will be expected to participate in the full event and actively contribute to the on-line sessions.

The deadline for expression of interests is on the 5th of August 2020. Afterthis, the AEIP and CcHub will shortlist organisations based on the number of spots available. 



The Africa Europe Innovation Partnership (AEIP) in collaboration with CcHUB are inviting organisations interested on corporate innovation to a workshop series on "Driving corporate innovation in Africa- key challenges and opportunities". The workshop seeks to provide technical trainings for African tech-hubs and corporate firms interested in strengthening corporate innovation throughout the continent.

Participants will have the opportunity to connect with peers in the industry (all developing and implementing corporate innovation programmes) and to join solution-oriented training sessions with  recognised experts on the subject. The training will also provide you with a unique opportunity to learn from peer hubs and corporate firms, and hear about their experiences implementing corporate innovation programmes and initiatives.

  • Driving understanding and equity in an innovation agenda within organisations
  • Establishing structures and processes for implementation of corporate innovation 
  • Evaluating the return on investment of support for corporate innovation
  • How to tailor tech-hub service offering to corporates  

The capacity upgrading will be done virtually in three different sessions, the 8th, 10th and 15th of September 2020.
